There are a lot of beer out there that when you smell it, compared to what you taste, it's like apples and oranges.  Some beer smell great, but when you sip it, you want to spit it back in the glass.  What's unique about OYB's Chilliwack Blonde is that what you smell is what you get.  It's not what you expect because it has a slight sweet smell which carries beautifully right through the finish.  The taste is very clean and smooth, almost creamy like.  According to my taste buds, it's not too crispy (which, to me, is a good thing) because if it were, it would taste more Miller Genuine Draft like.  I really enjoy this beer and I personally recommend this beer first to anyone who want's to try a non lager but doesn't want anything really to filling.  One of the better Blonde Ales I've had in a long time.
