North Shore Pale Ale

Bridge Brewing Company

North Vancouver, British Columbia

Pale Ale

Copper (slightly cloudy)

Bridge Brewing Company is a new nano brewery located on the North Shore of Vancouver.  Their location is small but they're big on taste (yeah that was lame).  Their North Shore Pale Ale is one like no other.  The smell is lightly sweet with slight tones of caramel.  It's very aromatic.  When pouring this beer, make to take your time or else it will really foam up on you.  It has a great malt taste and is not too thick.  It's very refreshing with light bitterness and has a slight kick.  It's more hoppy than a regular pale ale which is why it's unique.  The finish is really smooth with a light, but tasty, aftertaste.  For me, the 650mL bottle wasn't enough.  Next time I'm in the area, I'm filling up the growler.
